What better way to provide authorised Lotus training, than on line? And, which better company to help develop the solution, than award-wining e-learning specialist Transition?
Leonline was conceived and developed by a consortium of IBM/Lotus Business Partners, comprising: Corporate Learning Systems (Asia Pacific), Rockteam (Americas) and Transition (EMEA) - and built with the agreement of IBM. The concept was simple: to provide authorised Lotus education, on line.
Leonline provides e-learning for Lotus professionals and for end users - where it is especially valuable, enabling Lotus training to be delivered globally at low cost and with very little fuss.
Leonline was built using Transition’s fast-to-deploy e-learning portal, Web Commerce for E-learning, integrated, logically enough, with IBM’s LearningSpace e-learning delivery system. Leonline provides courses via live virtual classroom, self-study materials and on-line assessments.
Truly an international solution, Leonline is hosted in Australia by Corporate Learning Systems, the classrooms and learning delivery is managed from the USA by Rockteam - while all three partners promote and market the solution worldwide.
Leonline has been a roaring success (excuse the lion-related pun) and has now become a key source of Lotus e-learning worldwide, and has been used in many successful projects, during and since the Lotus Domino/Notes R6 launch - and is becoming the de facto means of learning about IBM’s new Learning Management System and Live Virtual Classroom. |
