Centralised hosting and learning environment
CourseMill hosts off-the-shelf SCORM-conformant courses or custom content created with Lectora Publisher. Learners access courses in a secure, user-friendly environment promoting a consistent learner experience. Instructors access administration panels through the simple log-in screen.
Custom student data
CourseMill provides the ability to customise up to eight sub-categories of learner data. You decide what data you want to gather. For instance, you can collect data for department, location, employee number plus five more categories. You can then view, sort and track data based on any or all categories. In addition you can set unlimited values to automatically populate learner choices for each custom category. For example, if a category was 'department', you can simply type in choices like 'finance', 'marketing' and 'sales'. When registering, these choices will automatically appear in a drop down list.
Robust reporting
CourseMill provides the ability to run unlimited reports including course and lesson status, pass/fail results, course interactions, and more. Instantly export all data to Microsoft Excel or a comma-separated file. CourseMill's custom reporting option includes support for third-party reporting tools such as Crystal Reports and Crystal Decisions.
Automated learner self-registration
Grant users permission to self-register for courses with an optional course password you set, or manually register students by assigning individual user names and passwords. CourseMill simultaneously enlists users for courses, chat, and e-mail groups. Master registration lists provide the ability to easily add or remove users in a single click.
Bulk registration
Instantly upload thousands of users at one time using the bulk registration feature. This saves time and ensures accuracy.
Bookmarking
CourseMill automatically bookmarks the last page viewed and offers users the ability to return to that page upon return. This provides intelligent flexibility and enhanced experience for the learner.
Administration toolkit
Easily edit and instantly update course information with simple admin tools. Administrative options include the ability to quickly set up course structure and configure several options such as allowing users to retake tests, self-registration, disable chat, and more.
Persistent variable support
Provides the ability for multiple users to log-in from a single workstation. CourseMill retains user-specific information and stores it between sessions. Multiple users can log in and out, then return to the course where they logged out, retaining their specific information and status.

Real-time chat
