Training course cancellation terms
If a company or delegate cancels a training course booking, giving less than 10 working days notice, a cancellation fee is payable. The fee payable depends on the notice period given, as follows:
| Cancellation period | Fees payable |
| 10 or more working days notice | No cancellation fee payable - any fees already paid will be refunded |
| 5 to 9 working days notice | 50% of the course fee is payable |
| 3 or 4 working days notice | 75% of the course fee is payable |
| Less than 3 working days notice | Full course fee is payable |
We reserve the right to cancel a training course should unforeseen circumstances occur. Should we need to cancel a course, a full refund will be provided. Transition will not be liable for any further compensation.
