Learners access courses in a secure, user-friendly environment promoting a consistent learner experience. Instructors access admin panels through the simple log- in screen.

Custom student data
CourseMill provides the ability to customise up to eight sub-categories of learner data. You decide what data you want to gather. For instance, you can collect data for department, location, employee number plus five more categories. You can then view, sort and track data based on any or all categories. In addition you can set unlimited values to automatically populate learner choices for each custom category. For example, if a category was 'department, ' you can simply type in choices like 'finance, marketing, sales.' When registering, these choices will automatically appear in a drop down list.

Robust reporting
CourseMill provides the ability to run unlimited reports including course and lesson status, pass/fail results, course interactions, and more. Instantly export all data to Microsoft Excel or a comma-separated file. CourseMill's custom reporting option includes support for third party reporting tools such as Crystal Reports and Crystal Decisions.

Automated learner self-registration
