This course is designed for new users of Lotus Notes R5.x who wish to become immediately productive with the core features of Lotus Notes. It demonstrates how to become productive with the mail and calendar facilities and how to utilize the personal address book entries.

This tutorial enables you to:

  • Effectively navigate through the Lotus Notes mail, Calendar and Address book interfaces
  • Create messages and utilise the various message options
  • Effectively manage mail messages with folders
  • Create contact and group entries in the personal address book
  • Schedule meetings and invite delegates.
  • Delegate access to the mail and/or calendar facilities and open other people's calendars.

Audience:

  • This tutorial is suitable for users who wish to become immediately productive with the product. This tutorial does not cover 'power-user' facilities.
