Lectora support

Lectora support, which is provided by Lectora's creators, Trivantis, is included in all Lectora products which are sold by Transition.

You can e-mail: support@trivantis.com or get live technical support, which is available to Lectora customers from 8am to 8pm Eastern Standard time, Monday through Friday by calling Trivantis on (001) 513-852-6700. Enquiries are answered in the order that they are received, within twenty-four hours. Please have your product serial number to hand.

Although support is provided by Trivantis, we are happy to help with day-to-day problems, so call us on 01959 543900 from 9am to 5pm GMT.

Lectora training and enablement

Want more than just one-off help? Organisations which are new to Lectora may benefit from Lectora product training. There are three courses - introduction, intermediate and advanced.
